Tina has nearly 20 years of experience representing venture capital funds and emerging technology companies on international financings, exits and commercial transactions.
Tina is both a US (New York State Bar) and UK English qualified lawyer. She was formerly the chair of Brown Rudnick LLP’s European Emerging Technologies and Venture Capital Practice. She is currently a member of the Seedcamp Advisory Board and was “Highly Commended” in the category of Best Startup Adviser/Mentor of the Year at the Europas (the European Startup awards). Tina is ranked in Band 1 as a leading lawyer in the 2018 edition of Chambers UK for Private Equity: Venture Capital Investment, the 2017 edition of Legal 500 for Venture Capital and listed in Thomson Reuters’ UK Super Lawyers publication 2013. Tina has been a contributor to Forbes,The Fundraising Field Guide and How To Build A Billion Dollar App.
Prior to embarking on her legal career, Tina was a recording artist and songwriter.
