Global diversity statistics and reporting
We are committed to monitoring our diversity at Withers, acting on areas that need improvement and being transparent about diversity at all levels within the business. We continue with our commitment to create a bias free working environment and to maintain an inclusive culture with equal opportunities for everyone.
Below are our global diversity statistics and also specific regional reports where they are available, and we update this on a regular basis. We are particularly proud of our track record supporting women, who make up 63% of our workforce globally. Furthermore, 45% of our partnership are women. Across our US offices, as reported in Law360 Glass Ceiling report 2022, we are ranked 3rd among US firms with 101-250 lawyers for the highest representation of women in equity partnerships.
As an international firm, we span many countries and cultures. Diverse and multicultural teams bringing different perspectives and experiences is a strength, and we are working hard to attract individuals from all backgrounds across the business.
