Mana is a senior associate in our corporate team.

Mana's practice focuses on advising both employers and executives in all aspects of employment law.

Mana regularly advises employers in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, non-compete and non-solicitation issues, disabilities, leave of absence, reductions in force, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and related state and local laws. She also regularly advises employers in employment and corporate policies and guidelines including the review and development of handbooks and other internal policies, as well as employment, separation, retention and non-compete agreements.

Mana also advises founders and senior executives during negotiations of employment agreements, severance packages and other issues that arise during employment.

Mana has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts from case inception through trial or settlement. Her broad range of litigation experience includes conducting and defending fact and expert witness depositions, motions practice, coordinating extensive discovery efforts, mediations, court hearings, preparing witnesses for trial, first chair trial experience, and appellate briefing.
