Wendy is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.
Wendy has a broad practice encompassing both general commercial litigation and white collar defense and investigations. She has experience in handling matters from initial case development and case strategy until resolution. Wendy has worked with clients across a range of industries, including in the art world, real estate, financial services, transportation, medical device manufacturing, and health care, in both state and federal court.
Wendy also maintains an active pro bono practice, including ongoing representation of a "juvenile lifer" in his re-sentencing proceedings under the dictate of Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. 460 (2012).
Wendy earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Wellesley College.
